In the time I have been examining the lies and false doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church on the Internet, I have seen countless examples of the unholy arrogance of this apostate religious system. The Catholic Church clearly neither respects nor fears Almighty God, who has made Himself known to us in the Scriptures. In fact, she has assigned to her earth goddess some of the power and authority that Scripture tells us belong to the Persons of the Holy Trinity. Recently, while researching in the Catechism of the Catholic Church, I came across yet another example of how incredibly puffed-up the Whore on the Tiber has become. In the Holy Scriptures, we read Jesus' scathing words to the Pharisees:
At first blush, it would appear that the Roman Church confirms Christ's words – though they clearly do not comprehend His meaning. The Catholic Catechism informs:
Christ's meaning is unmistakable. In this passage, He is confronting the Pharisees' deliberate refusal to attribute the miracles they had witnessed to God. They could not deny what they had seen with their own eyes -- miracles accomplished by the Holy Spirit through Jesus -- so they instead gave Satan credit for them. And that made their sin unforgivable. They were in the very presence of their Messiah, yet they denied His divinity and the wonderful works of the Holy Spirit, thereby dooming themselves. This should not be interpreted, however, as applying to those who reject Christ out of ignorance, never having been in His presence and seen His power at work. People such as these can be forgiven, if called by God to salvation and repentance. Scripture tells us that Saul of Tarsus was a zealous enemy of Christ and Christianity. Yet he was forgiven – because his disbelief was a product of ignorance. When Saul learned the truth of Christ's divinity, he believed and, in believing, was reborn. The Catechism is correct in one way – and this should strike terror into the hearts of all who look to Rome for their salvation. All who know the truth of Christ's claims and still turn aside to follow the earth goddess and false messiah of the Catholic Church are denying the Christ of Scripture and cannot be saved. This is true, not because they have seen Christ's miracles and rejected them, but because they have placed their hope in a false deity who is powerless to save them. For so long as they remain faithful to Rome, they are outside of the true Christ. For so long as they worship their false gods, they cannot look to the True God for redemption. Unless He calls them out of their pagan darkness, they are unforgiven and so will remain throughout eternity. Rome, while first agreeing with the Word of God that there is a sin that cannot be forgiven, then declares that Mother Church can forgive ANY sin. That is something that clearly stands in direct contrast with God's own truth as declared in the word's of Jesus Christ.
It is not enough that Rome would make Mary a member of a 'divine Quaternary,' or that they have assigned to their earth goddess Mary duties and authorities of Divinity such as dispensing God's grace, functioning as man's advocate before the Throne, being co-redeemer of fallen man, etc. It is not enough that the Roman Church claims the power to distribute God's grace and to forgive sin. Now they have arrogated power to themselves to forgive sins that God Himself will not pardon. |
